Your own connected Microsoft calendar. New appointments appear in Apple Calendar or Samsung Calendar when that same Microsoft account is enabled on your phone.

My alerts
New staff messages, task updates and personal reminders. Enable alerts separately on each trusted phone. Notifications stay enabled after Sign out so reminders can reach you; use Disable on this device to stop them. Lock-screen previews contain no private customer details.

iPhone: open in Safari, Share → Add to Home Screen, then open the Zippy icon and enable notifications. Samsung: install Zippy from Chrome and allow notifications. Phone vibration follows device settings.

B4S sending is not enabled. Your email will still be prepared with info@b4s.co.za as From and Reply-To; only the approved local server mail relay can deliver it.
Stephan sends from info@b4s.co.za. Gerda keeps her gerda@talk-online.co.za Zippy login, but prepares mail FROM gerda@tk2m.co.za with replies directed to gerda@talk-online.co.za. Gerda email uses the verified TK2M outbound relay; Zippy checks the live connection before allowing confirmation. Every email requires a recipient preview and explicit confirmation. Bulk sending is not enabled.

One Zippy assistant. Siri or Bixby starts the interaction; Zippy handles your tasks. Apple and Samsung require different voice-launch arrangements.
iPhone 13 — Siri Shortcut
For one spoken instruction, create a private Siri Shortcut using Dictate Text and a secured POST to Zippy. Zippy replies and asks for confirmation for any changes. No microphone runs continually in the background.
Samsung S26 Ultra — Bixby
Add Zippy to your Home Screen from Chrome. Ask Bixby to open Zippy, then tap the microphone. Advanced hands-free dictation can be added through supported Android automation or a native Android entry point.
My private voice shortcut keys
A key authorises voice requests for your account for 30 days. Keep it inside your personal Shortcuts app, never in a URL, screenshot or chat message. Revoke keys for lost phones.
How to set up the iPhone Shortcut
In Shortcuts, create a shortcut named “Zippy”. Add Dictate Text, then Get Contents of URL. Set URL to , method POST, body JSON with message set to Dictated Text, and custom header X-Zippy-Device-Key set to your private key. Extract the answer value and add Speak Text. Optionally open Zippy when needs_confirmation is true. Run it with “Hey Siri, Zippy”. Unlocking or approval may be required.
A voice shortcut cannot unlock your phone or automatically authorise sending emails, CRM messages, or editing Outlook appointments. Review and confirm actions in Zippy.
